2 Spunbond Fabric Plants
A 2.4 metre SS (double spunbond) plant and a 3.2 metre S (single spunbond) plant make the base fabric for everything we sell.
10 Bag-Making Machines
Five 700 D-cut, three W-cut, one online loop and an 18th-generation box bag machine convert fabric into finished bags.
Printing & Lamination
Two 63-inch flexographic printers, a 2-colour rotogravure printer and an extrusion lamination machine for BOPP laminated fabric.
Machines On The Floor
Every stage of a non-woven bag, from fibre to finished print, has its own dedicated line at our Bhiwani plant. The plant also runs 3-ply mask-making machines.

NABL-certified testing machines check GSM, thickness, tensile strength, wettability and colour on every batch, so the roll you receive matches the specification you ordered.
